In 1995 she became the first foreign female managing director in the then fast developing barcode industry. Despite fierce competition and unparalleled advances in technology, the company is stronger than ever and will be celebrating its 15th anniversary next year.

As a result, against the grain, the UK is the only country in the world where donation numbers stayed the same in a changing climate. Laura's input has been recognised by the Government and to date she is involved in advising National and Foreign governments, national and international stakeholders and patient organisations.

Her forthright view and charisma means that she is the first port of call for the news media and talk shows when ever there is a story relating to fertility or love. She is the regularly features on shows such as BBC Radio 2's Jeremy Vine Show, TVAM, BBC Breakfast, Sky News, (add a couple more here) as well as several international broadcasts. Laura is an established speaker at prominent conferences worldwide and is known for her no-nonsense approach to business, life and love.

Laura's real passion is people and in 2001 she decided to study various aspects of the communication psychology to enhance her area of influence. She qualified in various advanced certifications in Performance Coaching, corporate coaching and became a NLP Master Practitioner with the top trainers in the field including Dr Richard Bandler (co-creator of NLP), John LaValle and Paul McKenna.

Her enthusiasm and zest for life are infectious as she, seemingly effortlessly, motivates people to go that extra mile to achieve success.
